SUBSCRIPTIONS AND BILLING:
Your subscription will continue until you notify Peak Investing, via fax, email or letter of your decision to terminate your subscription, or until terminated by Peak Investing. Submission of this order form grants Peak Investing authorization to charge your (subscriber\'s) credit card for the cost of ongoing membership.  All subscriptions will be billed on a monthly basis and payment will be made by automatic credit card debit. The information published at this web site is for the subscriber\'s use only. Subscribership may not be assigned or transferred to any other person or entity.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
You may cancel your subscription at the end of your one-month billing cycle.  You must notify us in writing either by fax, email or letter of your intent to terminate your subscription on your next billing date. Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable and cannot be prorated. You will receive confirmation with a cancellation number for your records.

DELIVERY OF SERVICES:
Peak Investing will not be liable for the acts or omissions of any Internet Service Provider (ISP), data transmission carrier or any other third party with regard to delay or non-delivery of its services.  Peak Investing shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages or for lost profits, savings or revenues of any kind, whether or not Peak Investing has been advised of the possibility for such damages.

COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT:
The contents of Peak Investing publications, including trade signals, are copyrighted material.  A subscription entitles access to our web site(s) and/or emails by a single individual (The Subscriber). Newsletter or web site contents or materials, including trade signals, may not be distributed to others under any circumstances without our written permission.
